Chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:
 
175 g butter (soft if possible) 175 g granulated sugar (I put 50 g 125 g brown and white) 115 g flour 60 g cocoa 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, lemon zest and juice from one orange , 50 g chocolate flakes cut, something to put on top (chocolate, almond flakes, candy and more of the house).

Preparation: 

First place papers in cupcake form. Leaving about 24 cookies. Preheat oven to 185 degrees and (average).
Mix butter and sugar with mixer until thoroughly homogenized (to give a fluffy paste). Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each. Put orange peel juice, mix a little. Put flour cocoa baking powder (which you forward through the filter is not lumpy). Beat with mixer until well incorporated there. Add chocolate and mix gently.Fill forms about two thirds, as they grow. Bake 15 minutes (actually is depending on oven) and check if they are ready to pick.
After decorating preference. I melted chocolate and I anointed each cake, then I topped various candy and almond flakes.
