Cookies "Gurita"

Ingredients:
 450 grams of flour, 200 grams of butter, a tablespoon full of smaintana (or as much cream), 150 grams of powdered sugar, 3 egg yolks, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of rum, a bag of powder baking, zest from one lemon, and for 200 grams of walnut trim pieces, 150 g powdered sugar and a sachet of vanilla sugar.
Preparation: 

Rub in a bowl, butter and sugar until it melts, then put the egg yolks one at a time, spoon sour cream, rum, salt and lemon peel. Finally add the flour and baking powder.
