Lemon Ice

Ingredients:
L half water, half a kg of sugar, a lemon peel, juice of three lemons.
How to prepare:
Put in a saucepan half a liter of water with half a kg of sugar. After the sugar melts completely put water to boil two minutes. Add the peel of a lemon, cover with a lid and leave just half an hour. Add the juice of three lemons, go through a gauze composition, pour it into sorbetiera and put it in the freezer.
