Classic black woman

Ingredients:For crust: 4 egg yolks,250 grams sugar,100 grams butter,250 grams flour,3 tablespoons cocoa,1 baking powder,200 ml milk.
For the meringue: 4 egg whites,250 grams sugar.For glaze: 3 tablespoons sugar,2 tablespoons cocoa,50 grams butter,2-3 tablespoons water.
Preparation: rub well with the egg yolks and 250 grams butter 100 grams sugar. Add sifted cocoa, baking powder, then, one by one, in small portions, flour and milk. In a large greased pan dusted with flour and bake.While dough is baked, beat the egg whites hard foam, add sugar, then over a bowl of boiling water fights until meringue is firm and silky. Place meringue over hot baked dough and put pan back in oven. After 5 minutes and stop the fire without opening the oven, let cake cool.Prepare glaze: Mix sugar, cocoa with water and boil until thick. when firbe, remove from heat, add butter and stir until it begins to cool. Add over meringue. When cooled cut cake frosting cubes.
