Chocolate Cake DIANA

Ingredients:
To learn about the dough: 6 eggs; 250 gr. sugar; 250 gr. flour; 1 baking powder; 1 vanilla sugar; 4 lg. cocoa
For filling: 300 g dark chocolate; 200 gr. Rama; 50 g raisins; 1 orange; 4 tablespoons ground walnuts; A rum
For glaze: 400 gr. chocolate; 100 gr. cream; 2 Tbs. cocoa
For decoration: Chocolate.

Preparation:
 In a tall bowl, whip eggs and sugar until sugar is completely melted and whitens. Pour this mixture over the flour mixed with baking powder and mix on medium speed. Finally add the cocoa and vanilla and mix gently downwards. Composition upside down in a greased with oil and dusted with flour and bake for 45-50 minutes. To melt chocolate cream margarine and let cool slightly, then mix until it becomes frothy. Finally add raisins soaked in rum, coconut, ground orange peel. After it is ready to refrigerate. To melt chocolate frosting with sour cream in a steam bath, and after it from heat and add cocoa. Cut dough in 2-3 parts, and fill with cream upside down on top of chocolate icing. Garnish with chocolate candy.
